
1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE
– The nose and sinuses are closely related both in terms of anatomical structure and function, so in reality, sinusitis rarely occurs alone, but often spreads to the nose and other paranasal sinuses. In addition, the symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis also have many similarities, so scientists have recommended the use of the term rhinosinusitis instead of the term sinusitis.
Rhinitis is defined as an inflammation of the lining of the nose and paranasal sinuses caused by many different causes such as infections, allergies. This document only introduces the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with 4 main symptoms: Cloudy rhinorrhea in the anterior or posterior nose or both. stuffy or blocked nose. Pain, swelling in the face, headache in front of the forehead. Loss of sense of smell.

4 PREPARATION
4.1. Executor: Doctors and medical practitioners trained in the specialty of traditional medicine shall be granted practice certificates in accordance with the law on medical examination and treatment.
4.2. Vehicle
- Standard operating room.
– Dissolved catgut thread, sterile lumbar puncture needle.
– Enamel tray, clip with clip, sterile cotton gauze, iodine alcohol, adhesive tape, sterile gloves.

5 PROCESSING STEPS
5.1. Acupressure regimen: Quyen Lieu, Giap Xa, Thai Duong, Khuc Tri, Tuc Tam Ly, Phong Tri.
5.2. Tips
- Wash hands and wear sterile gloves.
– Cut Catgut thread into pieces about 1cm. Thread the thread into the barrel of the needle.

5.3. Treatment course
– Each transplant of Catgut only works for about 20-25 days.
– After 20-25 days of implantation, only come back for a follow-up examination for further indications.
